Total Safety LAMINAR CHAMPS

Currently, this line of BioTectum laminar chambers is represented by one model with a working width of ≈ 950mm. The units in this series, unlike the Classic line, are equipped with two electronically commutated motors, have a higher working space height and an interior made of stainless steel and tempered glass, which gives the products exceptional elegance while maintaining all the required safety features for use.

Neops

Electrically movable front glass, positioned at an angle to the worktop with supervision of the position of its edge and the function of controlling automatic stopping at the optimal height above the worktop in the working position.

Two high-quality electronically commutated "Zephyro System" V-motors for ideal laminar distribution and low power consumption and low noise [47.2 dB]. Two temperature-compensated airflow sensors, one for laminar flow and one for protective curtain measurement.

Connections such as flammable gas, inert gas, and electrical power are placed on top of the chamber, so there are no wires protruding beyond the chamber's outline. Biotectum chambers can be moved closer to furniture or walls.

LED light bar, visual information on the operating status of the device.

The interior of the work area made of AISI 316L grade stainless steel and a sheet of tempered glass on the side walls which gives a unique character.

Personalization of the color of stylistic elements. RAL 2002 Vermilion standard.

V shaped air intake on the air curtain which eliminates the requirement for additional armrests.

Internal utilities with valves from the Italian company TOFF, 230 V sockets without Berker screw elements.

The CLASSIC panel with membrane keypad provides a solid element for managing the operation of the laminar chamber. The TURN&TOUCH knob allows you to navigate through the menu of available functions in a precise and intuitive manner. The numerical values of the flows are displayed and easy to read from both sitting and standing positions.

Worktop made of acid-resistant stainless steel AISI 316L full or asymmetrically divided.

AISI 304 acid-resistant stainless steel bowl optionally electrostatically coated with bacteriostatic coating.

The structure of the chambers has been designed to allow easy washing of the front glass enclosing the work area on both sides.
